i want a develop an MVP for my idea

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an SAAS product MVP according to my idea. For the technology stack, I would like to use React.js & Node Js I cur.rently have a rough idea of what the SASS MVP should include, but do not have wireframe or mockup designs available. The most important feature in the MVP must be idea to be implemented correctly. I am open to other recommendations and suggestions from the freelancer.
