Senior ReactJS / Fullstack developer ( long term)

We are a YC funded tech startup that is building software to help communities scale while keeping it personal. Our first product is a web app that enables community managers to automate time consuming tasks on slack, and understand member insights.
We are looking to bring on an independent skilled frontend developer who can help us with building more features to make it easy to manage a community on slack! Our stack consists of ReactJS + AWS Serverless + PostgresSQL. We use AntD as our design framework.
Who are you?
- You like experimenting and disrupting things
- You have built multiple apps with ReactJS (either through hackathons, previous work experience or hobby)
- You have a high quality bar but can embrace MVP mindset when needed
- You love learning and finding ways to improve yourself
- You are constantly coming up with new ideas on how to do things better
- Bonus: You are familiar with Serverless
