Engineering Proficiency: Familiar with modern frontend tooling like Webpack and Vite; experienced in module hot-reloading, build processes, and deployment.
Cross-Platform Adaptation: Ability to handle compatibility challenges across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Performance Tuning: Strong understanding of desktop app performance optimization, including rendering and resource loading improvements.
Debugging Skills: Experienced with Electron DevTools, Chromium debugging tools, or Tauri debugging utilities; able to quickly locate and fix issues.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features efficiently.
