Organizing and Cleaning up ESlint Rules

I would like someone to clean up and document a Styling guide from the Rules am Sharing which are specific to my Project .
Furthermore, I need someone to compare my project rules with Airbnb, Google Eslint config rules and give me a document on showing what I have from the rules i have shared and what i dont have and mention the importance of having the rules which i dont have compared to Airbnb and google .
