Full Stack Developer for Two Projects || 4 Months
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm in search of a seasoned Full Stack Developer to take the helm of our frontend team for a 4-month contract. This position not only requires a deep understanding of React for frontend tasks but also a collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will:
- Mentor our junior developers, providing them with guidance and insights to enhance their skills.
- Actively participate in backend development and integration, working closely with our dedicated backend developer.
- Spearhead feature development and system integration efforts.
- Possess substantial experience in SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
- Optimize application performance to enhance end-user experience.
- Implement and advocate for testing best practices, including unit and integration testing.
- Possess a robust understanding of web security principles and practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality across the team.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization, especially with SQL and NoSQL databases.
While the specific backend technologies have not been outlined, a solid foundation in popular ones like Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Django would be highly beneficial. Moreover, an understanding of Figma design is a plus.
