Fix Expo Notification Token Bug

I’m working on an Expo project and facing an issue with push notifications. The Expo push token is generated successfully during development, but it does NOT generate in production or preview builds.

I’m looking for an expert who can:

Diagnose why getExpoPushTokenAsync is not returning the token
Fix the issue for both Android (APK/AAB) and iOS if required
Ensure the token is sent correctly to the backend
Provide guidance on proper configuration (Expo, EAS build, permissions, etc.)
