Video explainer in English

We are a small startup group working on a medical related app. We are seeking a female speaker who is highly fluent in English and can stand in front of a camera and read a prepared manuscript.
Conditions:
1. Highly fluent in English
(being native is a bonus).
2. Filming in front of camera is required (filming using a green screen is a privilege).
3. Memorizing a short passage regarding medical/health related topics.
4. Several short clips is needed that sum up to 1.5 hours of video content.
