Explainer Video 2D animated

Prepare a business related colour 2D explainer video with figures, figure voices and explainer voice. Eventually background music or sounds/noises must be added. Text-to-voices must be added to the figures & explainer. Duration of video is around 4min.Text and a basic story script is available (see attached the draft script, final script will be provided on assignment). Script can be discussed and aligned/changes/amended based on consultation with the freelancer. Please only experienced and with proven track record (other animations done). Time to conclude approx. 7 days, max budget is USD200. Please quote equal or below. Higher offers will not be considered. Please read the script before quoting and make sure work can be done by you. We will be available to the freelancer to discuss or if question appear and for in between recommendations, alternations or drafts and iterations as needed to make sure we get a good result. This is the first animation explainer video of a series approx. 8-10 similar ones that will be done in the next weeks after this.
