LinkedIn Content Writer for Consulting Founder

We’re seeking a thoughtful, values-driven LinkedIn content writer to support a Founder of Consulting company, in creating impactful, consistent content aligned with her leadership philosophy and voice.
Founders work centers around executive coaching, strategic planning, DEI, and culture transformation. Her voice is empowering, inclusive, reflective, personal, and gracious — never corporate or robotic. She writes like she speaks: real, honest, and thoughtful.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience writing LinkedIn posts that sound authentic, human, and engaging.
• Can adopt a voice that is uplifting yet grounded, personal yet strategic.
• Understand leadership, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and DEI concepts (or are a quick learner).
• Can transform raw notes or themes into 300–600 word posts that feel storytelling-based and not promotional.
• Are proactive, responsive, and open to feedback.
Deliverables:
•2 posts per week
• Repurposing her past newsletter content and thought leadership into fresh LinkedIn content
• Occasional support with writing for seasonal campaigns (e.g., Women’s History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, etc.)
