Executive Workshop Facilitation
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
This is an ongoing partnership with an immediate engagement in the pipeline!
A 1½-day on-site is scheduled to bring our senior leadership together in the United States, and the success of those hours hinges on expertly guided dialogue. The group consists of C-suite executives accustomed to high-stakes boardroom discussions; the agenda demands a balance between hard business decisions and the human dynamics that turn agreements into committed action.
The core of the design is straightforward: drive effective communication, untangle conflict points, and channel strategic thinking into one unified plan. I want every session to be immersive—interactive workshop blocks that surface real issues, followed by purposeful team-building moments that reinforce trust and momentum. Slides and keynote monologues are not the focus; active facilitation that keeps the room energized and accountable is.
To keep expectations crystal clear, here is what I will need from you:
• Pre-work: brief stakeholder interviews and a concise session flow that we sign off on together
• On-site delivery: lead every interactive segment, manage time, and keep discussions on track toward decisions
• Team-building integration: short, high-impact exercises woven naturally into the agenda
• Wrap-up: a post-event summary highlighting decisions made, conflicts resolved, and next-step owners
A background guiding C-level teams, steering critical conversations, and translating insight into shared commitments is essential. Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks, conflict-resolution techniques, and facilitation tools would be a plus—feel free to recommend what works best.
Logistics (date, venue specifics, participant roster) will be provided once we align on approach. If you thrive in high-energy executive settings and can move a room from ideas to action in under two days, I’m ready to collaborate.
