Executive L&D Programme Manager Needed (IRELAND LOCATION ONLY)

I am looking for an accomplished Learning & Development professional who can take full ownership of an in-person training programme aimed at our senior executive population. The role is centred on hands-on training delivery: designing engaging sessions, facilitating them across Ireland, and ensuring every learning interaction meets the high expectations of a C-suite audience.
You will translate our strategic goals into practical workshops, coach leaders on the spot, and partner with subject-matter experts to keep content sharply relevant. While curriculum design and evaluation expertise are welcome, your main remit is to make each classroom experience impactful—managing venues, agendas, participant communications, and post-session follow-ups.
Ten-plus years of end-to-end L&D programme management is essential, as is the ability to travel throughout Ireland for onsite delivery. Familiarity with common executive-learning tools (e.g., action learning, executive coaching frameworks, Kirkpatrick-style measurement, and leading LMS platforms) will help you hit the ground running.
Key deliverables will include:
• A detailed roll-out plan with session schedules, resource requirements, and risk mitigation steps
• Facilitation of all in-person workshops, maintaining consistently high engagement levels
• Post-programme report summarising outcomes, participant feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement
