write code/vba to reformat data recording spreadsheet into format that can create pareto in Power BI (axis currently wrong way round)

As a project owner currently dealing with a data recordings spreadsheet requiring reformatting to generate a Power BI Pareto, I need help from a skilled programmer to write code/VBA to produce the desired outcome.
I have selected VBA as my preferred programming language for this project and, as I'm under a certain time constraint, I need it done within a month. I also have both a sample of the existing spreadsheet and the desired final format, so the programmer can get straight away to work on the task.
This project is of major importance for me, and I'm looking forward to working with an experienced programmer who will help me get the desired result.
