I want To Send Email when Google Sheet is edited

I am looking for an expert in google sheets and app scrips that can,send email to several emails , every time a new googl sheets receives new information.. The information that the google sheet receives comoes from a google form, and it fills the google sheet in columns, so every new information that comes from google form we want to alert the manager, so he can take care of the new customer.
