I want an Excel Expert to make a report on excel

Hello,
We have a CRM system called Engagebay we have about 4 or so excels showing different client information and i want to compile all into one excel with Charts and graphs so my manager can Get the report he needs.
Reports Required:
1- Planned versus actual planned meetings (how many meetings happened how many didn’t why) Weekly and monthly 2 reports per sales person.
2- Number of meetings online and face to face.
3- How many meetings happened with each deal.
You should be able to extract the information from the below files if you need anything else to let me know the master excel will have all deals Data and with all information just incase other sheets don't have enough information.
