turn cleaned data set into searchable map view

My team is looking to create a searchable map view from a cleaned data set. We are working with geographical data, specifically zip codes for nested data categories such as utility zones, counties, and states. The main purpose of the searchable map view is to show which zip codes are eligible for different green energy grants & incentives. We would like to have the searchable map view be accessed through any data visualization tool my team can all view, such as Power BI, Salesforce, or any other. Ultimately, this project will provide a visual representation of the zip codes eligible for green energy grants & incentives to make it easier for our team to digest the data.
