template - Maintenance report with checkmarks,colors and textboxes
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
i attached a skeleton idea off a document i need, its for yearly maintenance report on items
it consists of few things that are inspected, the table should be for Checkmarks and when Colum 1 is checked the empty box behind each item turns Green, colum 2 for Yellow Colum 3 is Red
other things like Date, who did the report, for who, what place etc. on top under the logo ( attached )
this has to be proffesional template. it will be in my native language so i'll fill the textboxes after
for the right Freelancer i have alot of templates to come this is only the first one !
