suggest & setup data warehouse management tool for data scraped from Excel.

We use a data scraping tool to generate data from potential clients from the web. The scarped data will be in excel. we want the excel data to be centralized for sharing with the team and automatically merge new data into existing files. separate data based on categories and countries. etc. we need someone to suggest the best data management tool which fits our business needs and setup based on our requirement.
