spreadsheet for equity

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a spreadsheet to calculate equity distribution among multiple shareholders. I would prefer the spreadsheet to use a percentage ownership method, as this will provide an accurate representation of ownership levels and how the equity is divided up. This system will need to track more than 10 shareholders and should include a way to quickly adjust the equity distribution as shares are bought or sold. The spreadsheet should also be flexible enough to meet any future equity growth needs. It should be easy to use and make it simple to get an overview of the equity in the company.
