spreadsheet built

I am looking to build a spreadsheet that can be used for data analysis. I need advice on the best way to go about this, as I'm not sure what the best methods would be. The data I have is minimal, so the spreadsheet wouldn't need to be complex. I'm hoping to find someone who can help me create the spreadsheet to meet my needs.

I already have a layout im looking for with examples. I just don't know how to put it to paper.

Thie information ill be tracking (and will entered manually) is

Good Qty (attainment)
Bad Qty (quality)

for the good and bad I'll be using a benchmark to track daily numbers.

need sheet to be able to just change the date on the 1st of each month and then enter numbers with graphs being built on different pages.

I have 60 machines im trying to gather information for and be able to build out a KPI board.
