spread sheet development for subscription deliveries'

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an intermediate-level spreadsheet to track subscription calendar and deliveries for my flower farm business. I currently have a spreadsheet that I created. Currently I have top do weekly munual tasks that I think should be able to he eliminated but I do not have the spreadsheet knowledge to do it. Our subscription service entails delivering flowers to a customer delivery schedule and the spreadsheet needs to accurately document and track deliveries. It is vital that the spreadsheet be user-friendly to my staff, and yet be detailed and comprehensive enough to accurately record our subscription calendar and weekly deliveries. Some of the desired features include the capability to note customer information, when customers change their schedule, type and size of flower arrangements delivered, payment details, delivery addresses, delivery dates, and more. Intermediate to advanced formulas would also be necessary - creating a sheet to upload to our map routing app. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in developing intermediate-level spreadsheets, as well as a solid grasp of complex formulas. I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet that I am currently using.
