spread sheet

I am in need of a data analysis spreadsheet in order to assist with forecasting marketing budgets. The spreadsheet will need to be updated on a daily basis to ensure that all marketing spending is accurately accounted for. I will need to be more specific on the category tab for tradeshow planning. I will need reports and graphics of $ spent on tradeshows.
The user should be capable of entering an expected return from investment on each item and be able to track the actual performance results. This spreadsheet needs to be able to absorb multiple forms of data and produce meaningful insights with an easy to use interface.
