split a PDF file by script

We are looking for a person who can take data from one certificate and accurately enter it into a new branded sheet. up to 15 number / word entries per page. Instructions for each type of page will be provided. we are looking for a price per page. this will be ongoing work if suitable and involves thousands of pages per month. We would anticipate one page to take only a couple of minutes to complete once trained.
