small adjustment to excel vba script

we have an excel form with products, prices and we have a vba that populates 1 sheet with data from other sheet. But 1'st sheet has 30 lines with products and we can only get 23 lines in second sheet/ Don't know where the error is. Looking for excel expert to finish the job quickly
