script to Import bank statment

We need vba script able to access a postgres database, and extract some fields from a table. However, the database has information from several firms, so the user should be able to select the firm, the bank, and the date range. The data should be presented in a table with 3 or 4 columns, which correspond to fields in the database. We prefer the use of savetodb rather than the obdc driver, so please indicate on your first contact how to connect to the database.
