my sample multi system and this is same just coloring the cell and line alignment is different

I'm looking for a software solution for my project. The scope of the project is small, so I'm looking for something relatively easy to implement. I'm not sure if it should have customization options or not, but it should be able to handle the task. The project is to create a multi-system and the result should be a coloring of the cells and line alignment that looks different. I'm looking for a software solution that is either cloud-based, on-premise or a hybrid. It needs to have reliable features and should be easy to use. The pricing should be within my budget as well.
