reverse engineering - database file *.dat to *.excel/csv

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with reverse engineering a database file (*.dat) and converting it to an Excel file (*.xlsx). The purpose of this project is data recovery, as all fields in the database file are equally important.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in reverse engineering and data recovery from database files
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data conversion
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate conversion of all fields from the database file to the Excel file
If you have experience in reverse engineering database files and converting them to Excel, please submit your proposal.
We then need the procedure/tool to be able to solve it permanently ourselves.
