To replicate an excel workbook ( 7 tabs)

I have a workbook which has part of it locked and other part where I need to amend the data. It has 11 tabs. All of the tab feed into the 2 tabs in the picture below.
There are some formula as well which calculate the % based on the information in the other tabs
