projection and forecasting using patient data

I have previous 10 years rates and based upon those rates I want to project rates for the next 5 and 10 years for overall groups, different racial groups, and geographical regions. I also want to make assumptions based upon current rates and previous rates. Also, find the additional number of uninsured patients if the current trends follow compared to trends in 2014-2015. I will provide data in the excel sheet. Should also be able to describe the method and apply different models for forecasting.
