project VBA/Excel

I have the following code to open a specific pdf file hyperlink in cell E27. When I run the code I get a compile error Sub or function not defined. Then problem appears to be in this line of code: OpenURL "" & PDFTemplateFile & "", Show_Maximized and I just don't how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.
