To prepare and submit financial report on a dormant BVI entity

I need to submit a financial report on my BVI entity. It was incorporated in 2004 but I acquired it in Dec . 2015. It has been dormant since my acquisition. Due to new regulation we need to submit its financial report to the government. There are no transactions to date.
