pharmacy prescription management

I have an excel sheet which has a list of names with dates. The dates tell me when we need to order the prescription from the Dr and when do we need to deliver the medicine. I want this to be developed further, to make it easier to use, also I want to be able to request (by email) the prescription using this software/excel sheet.
