I need to transfer data from txt file to csv and pdf with python script

I need a freelancer to transfer data from a delimited (comma, tab, etc.) txt file to csv and pdf formats. The data does not need to be manipulated or transformed during the transfer, just a direct transfer is required. There is no preferred layout for the csv and pdf files, so a standard layout is fine.
