I need the formatted_address field to be split into 5 fields

I have 2 CSV files with a total row of approx.1,70,041 lines (cf. attachment).
I need the formatted_address field to be split into 5 fields : Street + City + State + Zip Code + Country
+ I need the phone number to be checked for International format.
In the attachment, there is a file with more explanations (Please read the file : instructions - readme).
Would you be interested in the kind of work?

In order to have the UTF-8 encoding and avoid unreadable character, it's better to use Google Sheet.
