I need a spreadsheet that tracks my restaurants daily takings & expenses to show me live feed of profit & loss from

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a spreadsheet that will track my restaurant's daily takings, expenses, and profit/loss. I would like a live feed of this information.
Specifics:
- The spreadsheet should include daily takings, expenses, and profit/loss
- I trust the freelancer's expertise in designing the layout or design of the spreadsheet
- Features such as charts or graphs are required.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
-Experience in data analysis & generating accurate data such as live feed information about my restaurant & takeaway business income, outgoings, profit & loss.
- spreadsheet must be accompanied by a auto generated profit & loss statement to run in sync.
- MUST track: daily takings in Cash & Card. Also must track outgoings/expenses such as wages, rent, rates, VAT, goods & utilities, work out VAT amount for every quarter, must give me live feed of balance in both cash & card. Must also give me live feed of profit & loss.

- Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel
- Experience in creating and designing financial spreadsheets
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking of daily takings and expenses & live view of profit loss
- spreadsheet should be able to give live feed of selected data, example if I wanted to find out how much the business had paid in wages for 6 months etc or how much I’ve paid my food wholesaler in invoices for the last 1 year (example) or how much profit I’m making or how much loss I’ve made
