need a spreadsheet made in Excel

The union my business belongs to changed their format how to submit monthly payroll sheets, so I need this new one made. I need to be able to add amounts under "Hourly Rate" and it should multiple by "total hours" and it should pull total hours from the total on the sheet. etc
