I am looking to hire someone with the skills and knowledge necessary to convert a large number of Lotus 1-2-3 files into Excel worksheets. Additionally, I need them to program an Excel sheet to work the same way as Lotus 1-2-3. The version of Excel required is Excel 2010 or newer.
