I need to plot a networking scatter chart in excel based on bandwidth and parallel threads . Data already provided

I need to plot the effective bandwidth (horizontal axis) vs. the number of parallel threads (vertical axis). I should have 5 points on the plot for results of P=1, P=2, P=4, P=8, and P=16. Use base 2 logarithmic scales for the number of threads. (So, the vertical points will be 0,1,2,3, and 4.) Also, I need to title the axes.
