need a help with excel report

Hello, our system at work generates terrible report with multiple values in single columm ( see photo 1), report is changing everyday and i need to somehow sort it with few clicks with macros formular or power query. Unfortunately, it is beyond my skills and i need some help.. Report is changing everyday so i just need to copy paste new report into document and i need to automaticaly fix the report. Basically I need the document to took like it is on photo 2.
