I need a google sheets expert to build a google sheet

I am working on building a google sheets document that I can data dump and it then export the information into the various sheets. I've attached my google sheet i used before but I need updates and changes, probably start from scratch. But this is the type of sheet I need. Ive exported it into an excel sheet but i also have the google sheet. Id like updates and possibly additional sheets added as the build goes on.
