I need a google sheets expert

I need a payroll sheet for food delivery drivers that are paid a base rate, a per mile rate, and collected tips. There are two different types of collected tips. One is Dispatch Collected the other is Restaurant Collected. On the Dispatch Collected 3% of the tip is withheld for credit card processing. I need to be able to calculate each drivers earnings per delivery. I will also need the order #, pickup name and delivery name, and delivery drivers name listed
