I need a google sheets expert
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We have a cricket club comprising of some friends. I want to simplify how we maintain our attendance cum fine register.
some details are as follows:
Total Number of members: 25 to 28
We play weekly once on Wednesday, from 10 PM to 12 PM.
We take attendance on Monday from 1 PM on our whatsapp group.
The first sixteen who reply yes get to play.
In order to maintain discipline we have formed certain rules and fines:
1. If a person doesnt report before 9.55 PM he has to pay a fine or Rs. 100.
2. If a person says yes and then say no or doesnt turn up, then he has to pay Rs. 300.
3. If the total number of players is less then 16 on ground, the remaining players have to pay a fine of Rs. 100
4. If a person doesnt wear the team t-shirt, he has to pay a fine of Rs. 100
5. If the total number of players playing is less than 16, that group fund will contribute Rs. 1000/- towards total expenses.
6. If a person doesnt come for consecutive 3 weeks, he has to pay a fine of Rs. 1000/-
Requirements:
1. i want to use a google form to take attendance on monday afternoon.
2. another google form is needed to take attendance on the playing day, which is wednesday, this form should also let admin enter details like, late fine, no t-shirt, person who has backed off.
3. the sheet should automatically calculate fine as per above set rules.
4. there should be 2 levels of control, once is admin, second is assitant.
5. admin has full control
6. assitant can issue form on Monday to take the count, and he can then take attendance on Wednesday.
I have given more or less all the details, if you think that a small app can be more efficient than google sheets, you are free to advice.
