I need a google sheet expert to do the work now!

I need help fixing a formula in google sheets. I need this project done ASAP. It should not take long at all I just need the formula to be fixed. I will explain what needs to be done. If you can not do the job please do not tell me u could do it and disappoint me because I will not pay u. I have already got scammed on this site before. I need an expert that can work right now and someone that knows how to read formulas.
