I need a google sheet expert

I built a google sheet that shows data on digital lead sales. I have second sheet that automatically imports the range and shows closing percantage. I'm trying to see if there is way to build something that will automatically move the stores with the highest closing percentage up so fourth. Is it possible? How much would it cost me?
