I need a google sheet expert

I have an Excel sheet attached that we use to balance our day for our business. I need this sheet to be where the store manager can punch in information on it through Google Sheets, and then I need another Sheet created that will pull data from certain cells from the sheet attached.

This new Google Sheet will be needed to show immediate data from the important cells, and provide a monthly report to be accessed anytime.
