I need an finance and excel expert

I have a project with multiple parts due over time. I have attached the most recent excel report that has to be built on to continue the work. I have also attached the instructions to ensure understanding. The original excel is not 100% accurate but the instructor left notes. I can also give access to my canvas account to access the original information that the first excel was created based upon.
