I need an expert to solve Cohort analysis for a data

I have a survey of data. For that i need cohort analysis.
The question is,
1. Create two cohorts – respondents that have moved 1-2 processes to the cloud. Respondents that moved 3-5 processes to the cloud. – use only 2020 data , determine the time to deploy for each population.
The objective is to connect scope with the length of deployment. The hypothesis is that respondents with broader scope have a longer time to deployment average.
