I need an excel vba person to automate data

So I have a file that shows data on what jobs are running on different machines.
They use a cylinder size - which we have limited sizes and a limited number of.
I want the excel vba to show me whether there will be a clash (cylinder all ready on a job) based on whether the stop time is before the start time of the next job.
There are multiple machines which could use the same cylinder.
I would prefer the Cylinder Library to be on the same file.
I would prefer the user to choose the downloaded file (Press Schedule Reports)
The Press Schedule reports will change in length and number of days but the format (columns will stay the same)
A MUST is that the file highlights and clashes easily by Press
