I need excel templates to covert from one format to another format.

We are D2C brand selling online partnering with multiple platforms. We have to upload all our order-wise dispatches in our Alignbook software. These orders are being downloaded in a different format than the format uploaded in Alignbook. So we are looking to creation of the template to convert excel from one format to another.
