I need an excel task based project management expert

Company is designing new software solution (telehealth) for a major client. Not complicated - involves requirements definition, end user interviews, prototype designs, final report, detailed presentation and financial proposal.

All task based - would like plan to impress customer, using graphics, visual reporting etc
