I need an excel spreadsheet designed

I have a weekly meeting to show and track the performance of our gym business. Id really love a colored and easy to read excel spread sheet designed to present each week. It would be helpful as well that the weekly numbers are also incorporated into a monthly or MTD aggregate. After the month is closed out, the sheet can be reused. We also have goals on certain metrics. It would be a bonus if a formula could be made that calculates if we are under or over preforming and the percent of goal for that meeting.
